Category 1 Medical Disclaimers
No Guarantees of Outcomes
There are no guarantees of specific outcomes from any aspect of our programs. Biological age improvements, clinical lab improvements, and subjective experience all vary by patient. Patient-specific genetics, medical history, compliance, life circumstances, and trauma history all shape what is achievable.
We share typical patient experiences for context — not as predictions. Individual results may vary significantly and are not guaranteed.
Not a Replacement for Ongoing Medical Care
Our programs do not replace ongoing relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, or emergency care. Active acute medical issues — chest pain, severe symptoms, mental health crisis — require conventional urgent care, not this program.
- We coordinate with your existing physicians where appropriate
- We recommend continuing your established care throughout enrollment
- Cancellation of conventional care to participate in our programs is never advised
- Emergency situations require 911 or your nearest emergency room — not this program
Educational vs. Treating-Physician Scope
When program content is delivered through the digital education platform — modules, group webinars, group coaching — Dr. Baird is serving in a coach and educator capacity, not as a treating physician.
- When patients enroll in the in-person clinical program at Rejuv Medicine, Dr. Baird is acting as the treating physician within Kentucky
- 35+ years of clinical experience inform the coaching — but coaching is not the same as treatment
- Recommendations from coaching and educational materials should be reviewed with your treating physician
On Licensure
Clinical care, prescriptions, peptides, hormones, and IV therapies are delivered to patients in jurisdictions where Dr. Baird holds an active medical license. Out-of-state patients arrange travel for in-person procedures.
Treating-physician care is delivered in compliance with state law. Please confirm your jurisdiction prior to enrollment in clinical services.
Category 2 Branding & Integrity
Financial Relationships & Conflicts of Interest
Transparency on what we benefit from financially — because honest disclosure is part of the contract with patients.
- Dr. Baird receives a portion of supplement revenue when patients order through Fullscript
- Dr. Baird is the founder and primary clinician of these programs — the recommendation of enrollment is not independent of financial benefit
- Amazon affiliate links may be used for non-supplement items (food, kitchen equipment, exercise equipment) — small commissions may accrue
Supplement Sourcing Standards
All supplements must be sourced through Fullscript only — never via Amazon, where counterfeit and degraded products are pervasive in the supplement marketplace.
- Fullscript provides verified sourcing, professional pricing, and direct manufacturer relationships
- Foundational stack: methylation-focused multivitamin (high B-complex), Pendulum Metabolic Daily, omega-3, vitamin D3/K2, magnesium glycinate, CoQ10
- Hallmark-targeted overlays added based on individual lab and genetic findings
Payment Plan Terms
Payment plans are available across most programs. The following rules apply universally to all installment options regardless of program or tier.
- All payment plans are priced at 20% above the one-time price
- $1,000 down payment at enrollment applies to most tiers — including Self-Study, Essential, Guided, Advanced, VIP, and Complete where payment plans are offered
- Remaining balance split into equal monthly installments over the plan term — plan length varies by program
- Labs and supplements are additional and billed separately regardless of plan selected
- If payments fail, the program is paused until current — clinical care does not continue with arrears
- Refund policy: pro-rated refund for unused services within first 30 days; non-refundable thereafter
Payment plan lengths vary by program. Check your specific program page for exact installment terms available at enrollment.
Category 3 Patient Responsibilities
What We Ask of Every Patient
This is a partnership — not a transaction. Honored on both sides by the physician and the patient.
- Honest, complete disclosure of medical history, current medications, supplements, and substance use
- Compliance with the testing and follow-up schedule
- Reasonable effort on the lifestyle prescriptions — movement, sleep, nutrition, practice
- Honest communication when something is not working — so we can adjust
- Respect for our team, our scheduling, and the time of other patients
- Willingness to engage with the difficult conversations — about meaning, lifestyle, and choices
Privacy & Confidentiality
Standard HIPAA framework, applied rigorously across all clinical communications and data storage.
- All clinical communication conducted through HIPAA-compliant secure systems
- Lab results, imaging, and clinical notes stored in our secure EHR
- Genetic data through SelfDecode — patients retain ownership and lifetime account access
- Patient testimonials and case discussions only with explicit written consent — and de-identified
- Group webinars and community spaces have community-wide privacy norms — no recording, no sharing
Grounds for Program Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue a patient's enrollment under the following circumstances:
- Substantial non-disclosure of relevant medical history
- Persistent non-compliance with prescribed protocols
- Concurrent use of unprescribed peptides or hormones from unverified sources
- Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff
- Failure to maintain payment terms after reasonable accommodation
- Discovery of a clinical situation that cannot be safely managed within our scope
